TOUR PROGRAM “EASTERN DASTARKHAN”

Day 1. Arrival in Tashkent.

Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the airport. Check in to the hotel.

Day 2. Tashkent.

Beginning of a tour around Tashkent: Independence Square and Amir Timur Square. Square and the museum of the memory of victims of repression. Lunch at the Plov Center, where you will taste Tashkent plov. After lunch, continue the tour of the city: Hast-Imam square, Barak Khan madrasah, Kafal al-Shashi Mazar mausoleum. Kukeldash madrasah, the oldest bazaar of Tashkent – Chorsu, Museum of Applied Arts. Dinner in the restaurant “Navat” (main course – naryn). Overnight at the hotel.

         

Day 3. Urgench-Khiva.

Airport transfer. Morning flight to Urgench. Arrival in Urgench. Transfer to Khiva and hotel accommodation. Lunch at the national house “Zerafshan” (main dishes: shurpa, khan dish – tukhum-barrack) Master class on cooking tukhum-barrack. Beginning of a tour around Khiva: Ichan-Kala (the inner city of Khiva), Kunya-Ark fortress, Islam Khoja minaret and minaret, Avesta museum. Dinner at the Mirzaboshi restaurant – Khorezamian pilaf. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4. Khiva.

Continuation of the tour: Tash-Khauli Palace, Juma Mosque, minaret and Muhammad Amin-Khan madrasah, Pahlavan Mahmud complex. Lunch at the Mirzaboshi restaurant – (main course – soup and dumplings) .. Free time. Dinner at the restaurant “Muntur” (main course – Khorezm kebab). Overnight at the hotel.

         

Day 5. Khiva-Bukhara.

Transfer through the famous Kyzyl Kum desert along the Amu Darya River. Lunch with me in lunch boxes. Arrival in Bukhara. Free time, visiting souvenir shops and workshops. Dinner at the Badriddin restaurant (main course – beef kebab). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6. Bukhara.

Excursion around Bukhara: Samanid mausoleum, Chashma Ayub tomb, Bolo-Hauz complex, ancient fortress Ark, Poi-Kalyan complex, Abdulaziz-Khan madrasah, Ulugbek madrasah. Lunch – “Laziz House” – (master class on cooking Bukhara pilau). After lunch, visit the Labi-Hauz ensemble, Kukeldash madrasah, Nodir-Devon-Begim madrasa, trade domes. Tea in the tea house “Spices of the Silk Road” – tasting tea with a variety of spices and traditional Bukhara sweets. Folklore show in Nodir-Devon-Begim Madrasah. Dinner at Chinar teahouse (main dishes: dolma platter). Overnight at the hotel.

         

Day 7. Bukhara-Samarkand.

Excursion to the suburban objects of Bukhara: the palace of Sitorai Mohi Khos, the complex of Bahautdin Naqshbandi, the necropolis of Chor-Bakr. Lunch at the Chor-Bakr teahouse – tandyr-kabob tasting (meat baked in the tandyr). After lunch, transfer to Samarkand. Dinner in the Platan restaurant (main course – kebab with roast). Night at the hotel.

         

Day 8. Samarkand.

Tour of Samarkand: Gur-Emir mausoleum – the tomb of the Great Tamerlane, Registan Square (Ulugbek Madras, Sher-Dor Madras, Tilla-Kari Madras) – the most famous square in Central Asia. Master-class on cooking manti in the national house “At Zarifa” (main course – manti). Visit the winery them. Khovrenko – wine tasting. Dinner at the Karimbek restaurant (main course – dish from the chef). Overnight at the hotel.

         

Day 9. Samarkand-Tashkent.

Excursion in Samarkand: visiting the Bibi-Khanum mosque, the architectural ensemble of Shahi-Zinda, the Ulugbek observatory. Lunch at the restaurant “Samarkand” – meat “Karakhan” (fried meat with dried apricots). Free time. Departure from Samarkand by Afrosiab high-speed train. Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the train station. Check in to the hotel. Dinner at the restaurant “Pilgrim” (main dish – kebabs). Overnight at the hotel.

         

Day 10. Tashkent.

Free time without transport and excursion service. A visit to the bazaars, a walk through the city center is recommended. Airport transfer.
